I want people to want to come into the bar not just for the food. When asking a bartender for something off-menu, it can be difficult to articulate what you like and don’t like. I think it is much easier to choose if you have a list. I want people to be able to try new and inventive drinks that they’ve never had before, but also classics they may not know about.
